1. Is there a Fee to use this Real Estate Portal?
   No, there is no fee. The portal is completely FREE to all registered users. Enjoy!
2. I am a Real Estate Agent, what are the benefits of registering?
   BACK OFFICE SOLUTIONS: As an agent, the portal system is used to upload, update, activate and deactivate property listings. You have access to this extra back office feature via the "Properties" tab. *Please note, to have full Agency access (Includes the Back Office feature), an Agency Profile must be created and approved by management. To receive Agency access, please contact us directly at info@syntegralconsulting.com
   1. Property address details (house/unit number, street name), and client contact details are Viewable ONLY by the Agent who uploaded the property, using their username and password to log in. All agencies' property details are kept with the highest level of confidentiality.
   2. Activate your property listing in order to make it visible to potential clients. Deactivate properties that are temporarily off the market, but still in your property database such as tenanted rental properties.
   3. Maintain updated property information, including pictures, videos, property information, and property contact person details, etc. Have the freedom of keeping your property information updated yourself, anytime, anywhere there is an Internet connection!
   4. Have access to your Property Database anytime, from your computer and/or mobile device.
   5. Quickly Filter through your listings, and that of other agents to get updated information on listings in real time, keeping you up to date with the Real Estate marketplace.
   6. Save time and money by not having to make as many phone calls, or send as many Property Request and New Listing emails.
   7. Print your property listings easily with a click of a button.

   1. Have your property listings viewed online by customers all over the world.    2. Receive Emails notifying you of prospective buyers/renters that have interest in your listing.
   3. Send updated listings to your clients directly from the Real Estate Portal.
3. How do I upload a property for sale or lease?
   
   1. After registering to Sell/Lease, log in with your username (email) and password.
   2. Click on PROPERTIES on the top right corner of the screen.
   3. Click on the ADD PROPERTY link.
   4. Fill in all property details.
   5. Click Add
   6. To make your new listing ACTIVE, check off the Active box, and click Modify. *Note: In order for your property listing to appear active to potential buyers/seller, you must check off the Active box, then click Modify to save. In order to deactivate the listing, just simply click Deactivate.
4. I want to Buy or Rent a property. Do I have to register as a member in order to use the Real Estate Portal?
   You must register with Syntegral Consulting Ltd. before posting or inquiring about a property. This free registration process can be completed quickly and easily. If however you simply wish to explore the site and its properties, registration is not needed.
5. How do I register as a member of Syntegral Consulting Ltd. to Buy or Rent a property?
   
   1. At the top of the Syntegral Consulting Ltd. Home Page, select Buy/Rent
   2. On the registration page, fill-in the information required and then click Register. The registration process is now complete and the email address and password you provided can be used to login to the site on future visits. *Note: As a registered member to Buy/Rent, properties cannot be uploaded for sale or lease without also registering as a member to Sell/Lease.
6. I am a homeowner, and would like to Sell or Lease my property. Do I have to register as a member in order the Real Estate Portal?
   You must register with Syntegral Consulting Ltd. before posting or inquiring about a property. This free registration process can be completed quickly and easily. If however you simply wish to explore the site and its properties, registration is not needed.
7. How do I register as a member of Syntegral Consulting Ltd. to Sell or Lease a property?
   
   1. At the top of the Syntegral Consulting Ltd. Home Page, select Sell/Lease.
   2. On the registration page, fill-in the information required and then click Register. The registration process is now complete and the email address and password you provided can be used to login to the site on future visits.
8. How do I search for a property?
   
   1. After registering to Buy/Rent, log in with your username (email) and password.
   2. Click on desired region. For example, to view properties in Trinidad and Tobago, click "Central America and Caribbean Islands".
   3. Select and/or fill-in the search options that match your criteria and then click Advanced Search. A list of properties that match your criteria will then be displayed.
   4. Select a property to view its details. *Note: A property inquiry can only be sent after registering as a member with Syntegral Consulting Ltd.
